The lounge is spacious and light, and opens to the terrace and pool areas. It has satellite television. The house is fully air conditioned and has central heating for the winter.

The pool is approximately 5x10 metres in size, and is surrounded by lawn where children can play safely and adults can stroll within the 30,000 square metres of garden. The villa is very peaceful and quiet, and the garden is lit in the evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher and washing machine, microwave oven, coffee maker. it opens to the dining room inside the house, and to the barbecue area to the side of the house.

The outdoor eating area includes a barbecue and dining area. It is surrounded by mallorcan oak trees that provide a welcome shade in the summer.
