The split level Marina villa is 10 km away from the coast. It is a lovely country style Villa with a pool and a beautiful Mediterranean garden. Five kilometres away from Pollença and ten kilometres from the sea, it is also very near the Pollença Golf, in a quiet area and away from the main road.

Built over an old rural house very well restored, adapted for comfort and tastefully furnished, it offers you great peaceful days in the Majorcan countryside. Pollença, its fiestas, its beaches and charm makes this part of Majorca one of the most visited and well known.

Bedrooms: With 4 bedrooms it sleeps up to 9 people comfortably - facilities include one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, and another double bedroom containing a double and single bed. Bathrooms: One located in the first double bedroom, and another bathroom upstairs. Another bathroom is located downstairs with shower, toilet and wash basin.

There is an entrance hall connected to a living room/dining space for six persons. There is also a covered outside terrace with spacious eating area and refectory table. The property includes a private pool, barbecue, washing machine, electric oven and toaster. Note: Winter heating - Cast-iron wood-burning stoves are installed on the ground floor, and there is electric heating in the rooms upstairs.
