A wonderful, luxury apartment overlooking the beach and marina on the famous Pine Walk in Puerto Pollensa. This 5 bedroom apartment has never been made available to rent prior to this year and represents a great opportunity to stay in one of the best apartments (and the best location) in the port.

The view from the terrace is simply stunning with an uninterrupted view of the entire Pollensa bay. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a lift and disabled access to the building.

The entrance for those familiar with the port is adjacent to the sport shop opposite the reception to the Daina Hotel.

All furniture and furnishings are of extremely high quality and the apartment has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

The master bedroom has a double bed with ensuite (with Jacuzzi) and access to the terrace. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 and 4 have single beds but with a 'pull out ' single bed to enable the rooms to sleep 2. Bedroom 5 has a double bed.

The apartment is located on the sea front in the centre of Puerto Pollensa. It overlooks the beach and has a full view of Pollensa Bay - from the Hotel Illa'D'or, over to Bon Aire and round to Alcudia.

It is adjacent to the Hotel Daina and 100 metres from the roundabout outside the Cafe 1919 and the taxi rank.

In short, the best location in the port. Private and secure access via marble clad foyer with lift and ramp for wheelchair. Within walking distance of all shops and restaurants and amenities, including the new sports club - and of course the elegant yacht club is just 200 metres away.

The apartment sleeps 8 in comfort - but the two single rooms have additional single beds stored beneath - not camp beds, but full single-mattress beds. So the apartment can sleep 10.

Notes:  We have a cleaner who will visit 3 times a week to wash bed linen, towels etc. And also clean the apartment if required.
