This beautiful villa is situated on the hillside in the quiet residential area of Gommar, in walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. All four of the double bedrooms open onto the garden and pool area, the main bedroom boasting a dressing room and private terrace.

Both the kitchen and the lounge/dining room have access to a huge terrace with spectacular mountain views. Newly refurbished with quality furnishings, the villa offers every luxury.

The Port of Pollensa is one of the most beautiful unspoilt beach resorts in the Medditerranean with something for everyone especially young families. We recommend the hire of a car to experience the beautiful scenery and the many pretty mountain villages and coves the north of Majorca has to offer.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Departure time is 11:00am, arrival time is 3:00pm. Off-peak changeover is flexible.

Accommodations
4 bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, plus 1 full bathroom and 1 shower room.
Kitchen has a cooker, oven, hob, extractor, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, table and 4 chairs.
Utility Room has a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms have a large lounge diner with a jotul wood burning stove. There is an L-shaped leather sofa and oak coffee table, a book case, oak dining table, Satellite TV, dvd/mp3/cd player with surround sound, and a PlayStation2 console with two controllers.

Towels and linen are included, bed linen is changed weekly. The final cleaning is included in the price. If you require further cleaning, please mention this when booking.

Notes on accommodation
The property is centrally heated with a Jotul woodburning stove in the lounge. There are fans in all bedrooms. The pool can be heated at a small additional charge.

Outside
Outside there is a large L-shaped private swimming pool with roman steps. The pool can be heated at a small extra charge if required. The very pretty garden is mostly lawn, with mature trees and shrubs and stunning views of the mountains. There is a built in barbeque on the terrace adjoining the kitchen, and a further oak table and chairs for al fresco dining. There are plenty of sunbeds and patio furniture for extra seating.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches of Pollensa are just minutes away. Towards Llenaire the beaches are quieter, or you might prefer to be close to the many beachside shops and restaurants. The beaches are very well maintained, and are cleaned every evening.

Golf
There are two golf courses very nearby. Pollensa Golf is about a 5 minute drive from the villa, and there is also the new Alcanada golf course, 18 holes with magnificient views of the sea approximately a 15 minutes drive away. Both are set in beautiful surroundings, and offer plenty of shade from the sun.

Travel
The nearest airport is Palma and is approximately a 45 minutes drive away. We recommend hiring a car to fully appreciate what the north of Majorca has to offer.

The Port of Pollensa is approximately a 5 minute drive.
The very pretty old town of Pollensa is approximately 8-10 minutes.
The lively resort of Alcudia is approximately a 10 minute drive.
