Location: Newly refurbished apartment in the pine walk area, behind the Sis Pins Hotel. Near Voramar Supermarket, Tribeca and Ivi Garden restaurants. Ground Floor Apartment : 3 bedrooms : 3 bathrooms : normal 6, maximum 8 persons. Kitchen, diner, lounge, garden, terrace, laundry.

I am writing to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Ca'n Aleix. It is very close to the sea front and the square and was very convenient for us all. Your recommendation for the restaurant was great as well. Once again, a big thank you, we all had a fabulous time. Looking forward to dealing with you again in the future.

The lounge is comfortable, elegantly furnished, and includes a television..
As you enter the house, through the lounge is the dining room.

On the left side is the first double room with an ensuite bathroom; this room has twin beds and a small open dresser.

Next to the lounge is a large quadruple room with a double bed and two single beds, and built-in wardrobes.

There is a large bathroom with shower next to the kitchen, which is of open-plan design by the dining room and the terrace.

Patio next to the garden area
The main Aleix House has three bedrooms, accommodating 6 people. There is also an annex building accessed through the main house's garden terrace, with a guest room and bathroom accommodating two more people.

The garden has Mediterranean trees and a lawn. It has an eating area, and being totally enclosed is quite suitable for small children.

Ca'n Aleix is on the Formentor Road, No. 51. It is a reasonably quiet apartment very close to all amenities and to the Pine Walk beach.

The garden is child-friendly, and includes sun-beds with a table for drinks and snacks.

The terrace looks onto the garden, and has a covered eating area.
