"Pinaret" is a beautiful luxury villa built on two levels, plus
an annex bungalow. It sleeps from eight to a maximum of fourteen people, and is situated
just 150 yards from the beach and a ten-minute walk from the town centre. |
| The basic rental includes four
double bedrooms, but there are three further bedrooms available with which the villa can
accommodate up to 14 people. |
Features
include the high quality construction and materials, electrically operated main gates,
telephone and fax, air-conditioning and central heating. There is a washing machine.
Private swimming pool, private parking for up to 3 cars. One of the bedrooms, with its en
suite bathroom, has been specially built for physically handicapped persons.
There is a separate bungalow which sleeps two. |

Amenities
GROUND FLOOR.
The house is through an elegant hall, to the right lies the spacious lounge and dining
room as well as the kitchen and cloakroom.
To the left is the staircase leading up to the first-floor bedrooms. The kitchen is fully
fitted and equipped with an electric oven, ceramic cooker hob, larder, dishwasher, cutlery
and crockery etc.
The lounge has large patio doors giving onto the front terrace and swimming pool. The
dining room is close to the kitchen and is furnished with a mahogany table to seat twelve,
the windows face the garden.
There are two principal bedrooms on the ground floor, both with en suite bathrooms, one
furnished with a double bed, the other with twin beds. Both have French windows opening
onto the pool area. The pool area is furnished with comfortable sun-beds, an outdoor
shower for rinsing off after a swim, and a table and chairs for eating outdoors. |

| FIRST FLOOR Two more twin
bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are upstairs, there is also a charming sun terrace
furnished with table and chairs, for you to enjoy a quiet drink or a private conversation.
EXTRA BEDROOMS
There
are two further bedrooms, each of which can be rented in addition to the main
accommodation. One has an especially wide doorway for a wheelchair, and a large double
bed. The other has twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom that was designed for
physically handicapped persons or invalids.
BUNGALOW
The
separate bungalow close to the main house has one twin bedroom, a bathroom, a fully
equipped kitchen, and a living-room with dining area.
CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL
Once
weekly cleaning and a weekly change of sheets is included. |

sitting room is beautifully decorated with the owners own paintings, is air conditioned,
and opens to the front terrace (which is also) furnished. This room also
