The villa is located in the Formentor bay, overlooking the Formentor island, 7km from Puerto Pollensa, and 70 km from Palma Airport.

The fabulous walks in the wilderness area of the Formentor Peninsula and its bays and coves are all on your doorstep.

The house and facilities, we like to think, have a certain “Rustic Charm”; as such the style of Can Melchett is not “Grand Luxe” and we find that most people get the fullest appreciation of the beauty and peace offered here, by being given as much privacy and freedom as possible to help yourselves to the facilities.
