The Margalida
complex consists of three separate properties. These are rented out separately, and
together they offer accommodation for up to 20 or 21 people.
The Garden house has an area of around 200 sq metres, has its own private garden, and
accommodates up to 9 persons.
The second property is a ground floor apartment which is next to the house, facing the
street. This accommodates up to 6 persons, and has a private terrace and small garden
area. The area of this apartment is approximately 100 sq metres.
And the third property is a first floor apartment above the ground floor apartment. This
accommodates 5 to 6 persons, and has two large balconies which have full sun through the
day. This apartment is approximately 90 sq metres.
POOL AVAILABLE NEARBY
A large hotel swimming pool is available to use. It is a 5 minute walk from the Margalida
apartments and House. The pool is available used during the spring and summer season. It
is closed in the winter..

The location is near the Pine Walk, 80 metres from the street, with the north
sandy beach also about 80 metres away.
The town square is a 5 minute walk. There are also two supermarkets just one block away,
as well as some excellent local restaurants. |

we will be back!
We really enjoyed our stay at
Margalida Town House in September (2007). So convenient for beach and shops, not
forgetting Bony's in the church square! We hope to return next year - many thanks for all
your help.
Just wanted to drop you a line
to say how much we liked the townhouse - it was a lovely house, perfectly positioned
within such a short distance from the beach, it was clean and spacious and everything from
our initial enquiry to the dropping off of the keys on our return, was made easy. We are
hoping to return at some point next year, so we will be in touch!

| The Margalida 1st floor
apartment is a comfortable and airy apartment that gets lots of light during the day, as
well as full morning and afternoon sun.
The location of Margalida apartment is its main feature. Only 80 meters from the Pine Walk
beach, and within 2-3 minutes of the main square. A car is not necessary since it is near
supermarkets and restaurants - although, if a car is desired, parking on the street is
free.
Amenities include: Satellite television with some English channels, DVD player, iron and
board, washing machine, kettle and toaster, air conditioning, winter heating, and a large
sunny terrace.
It accommodates up to 6 people, and an extra put up bed can be arranged if desired. |

Margalida First Floor Feedback:
We have just stayed at the
Margalida apartment and had a wonderful holiday. Thanks for organising the taxi - Paco was
great. And it was lovely to have water and milk in the fridge when we arrived. We hope to
see you again next year! We would like to say how much we enjoyed staying in your
apartment, and I am sure we will be seeing you again in the near future. Hope we left
everything OK, and the taxi turned up right on time to take us back to the airport. Hope
you still have some sunshine, as we seem to have brought it back home with us!!
We are now back at work
following our Spanish tour and wanted to thank you for the use of the First Floor of the
Margalida property. The layout, style and location of the property was perfect, and I hope
we can stay there again in the future!!
Just a few quick lines to thank
you for suggesting the first floor apartment at Margalida. We were very comfortable there
and the location was ideal for the four of us, because everything was in walking distance.
It was perfect for the two girls as they could go off on their own whenever they wished
without needing to be transported anywhere. Having two sets of keys was also a bonus
because there was no need for us to keep together or to coordinate our
arrivals/departures. It all made for a very relaxing holiday. Thank you very much indeed.
A quick thank you - our stay in
Pollensa was as lovely as usual.
We had a fantastic time, and the
apartment was superb - many thanks to you for arranging it for us!!

This is a large 4 bedroom house, built on two levels. On the ground level,
the compact kitchen leads to the dining room, large sitting room, a terrace and a spacious
garden. Also on the ground floor is a large double bedroom with ensuite shower room.
The kitchen itself (photo below) is fully equipped and includes electric oven, hobs,
stainless steel extractor fan, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, washing machine. |
On the first floor are
one single room, full bathroom, twin room with two single beds, and a double bedroom. |

the rooms upstairs lead to a large terrace with sun beds. The garden is ideal for al
fresco lunching and dining, and it's vintage 38-year-old lemon tree provides welcome shade
during the sunny days of summer. |

washing machine, built-in wardrobes and fully equipped kitchen. For local colour and
amenities this house is just 80 metres from the pine walk, is near to the 'Al Fresco'
take-away deli and some excellent local tapas (grilled meat & fish
restaurants).
The town
square is 5 minutes away, and the Marina is a 10 minute stroll along the pedestrian walk
of Anglada Camarassa.

Just wanted to drop you a line
to say a big thanks. We had a lovely stay at the Margalida House and came home rested and
rejuvenated. Thanks too for organising the taxis; the arrangements all went off really
smoothly. Hope the wonderful weather keeps up for you! Thanks very much for the rental last week. We all
really enjoyed ourselves, and the weather wasn’t too bad either. Once again, thanks

We had a wonderful holiday in
Margalida Townhouse last week. The facilities and the location were perfect for us. We
loved the town and surrounding countryside, and the weather was very good. It was our
first visit to Mallorca and we certainly would like to visit again as we only saw a small
part of the island. Thank you for all that you have done to make our holiday so enjoyable.
I would like to thank you
on behalf of my friends for the use of the townhouse on our last holiday. The garden was
wonderful, the service fast and efficient, and we will definitely come again.

dishwasher, kettle, toaster and granite work surfaces.

It opens to the back terrace that leads to a shower room, a laundry room with washing
