The high standard apartment for two in the Town Centre has one double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace. This is a comfortable, well furnished, compact apartment located right in the town centre. It is air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter.
  
The El Cano street is just 100 yards from the main beach in Puerto Pollensa, the Marina and the bus stop. It is also close to the taxi rank.
  
There are several supermarkets close by and the main pharmacy is just opposite the building. It is a 5 minute walk to the square or the pedestrian walk by the sea front where there are many restaurants and sea front cafés (Paseo Anglada Camarassa and Paseo Voramar, popularly called the Pine Walk).
