The
Ca'n Creus property consists of three separate properties. These are rented out
separately, however together they offer accommodation for up to 20 or 21 people.
This Majorcan house with its own private garden accommodates up to 9 people.
There is a ground floor apartment which is a new availability next to the house. This
accommodates 6 to 7 people, and has a private terrace and small garden area.
There is also a first floor apartment above the ground floor apartment. This accommodates
5 to 6 people, and has two large balconies which have full sun through the day.
In area, the house is about 200 square metres, plus 100 sq.metres of garden; the Ca'n
Creus First Floor Apartment is about 90 square metres, plus 100 sq.metres of balconies;
the ground floor apartment is around 90 square metres and has a 60 sq. metre front
terrace.
POOL AVAILABLE NEARBY
A large swimming pool is available for use at the leisure centre about 5 minutes walk
away from Ca'n Creus apartments and House..

The location is near the Pine Walk, 80 metres from the
street, with the north sandy beach also about 80 metres away.
The town square is a 5 minute walk. There are also two supermarkets just one block away,
as well as some excellent local restaurants. |

to drop you a line to say a big thanks. We had a lovely stay at the C'an Creus house and
came home rested and rejuvenated. Thanks too for organising the taxis; the arrangements
all went off really smoothly. Hope the wonderful weather keeps up for you! May, 2004: Ca'n Creus

May 2005: We had a
wonderful holiday in Ca'n Creus Townhouse last week. The facilities and the location were
perfect for us. We loved the town and surrounding countryside, and the weather was very
good. It was our first visit to Mallorca and we certainly would like to visit again as we
only saw a small part of the island. Thank you for all that you have done to make our
holiday so enjoyable.

is a large 4 bedroom house, built on two levels. On the ground
level, the compact kitchen leads to the dining room, large sitting room, a terrace and a
spacious garden. Also on the ground floor is a large double bedroom with ensuite shower
room.
The kitchen itself (photo below) is fully equipped and includes electric oven, hobs,
stainless steel extractor fan, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, washing machine.

fresco lunching and dining, and it's vintage 38-year-old lemon tree provides welcome shade
during the sunny days of summer. |

restaurants).
The
town square is 5 minutes away, and the Marina is a 10 minute stroll along the pedestrian
walk of Anglada Camarassa. |
