| Villa Coloma is a high standard, contemporary, newly built villa.
Located in the popular yet quiet residential area of Gotmar, in Puerto Pollensa. Villa
Coloma is ideal for families looking to share a holiday villa which offers comfort but
also privacy. The 2 floor house also has a basement with private garage. There is a lovely
large 7m x 5m swimming pool which is surrounded by gardens. Well located only 15 minute
walk from the centre of Puerto Pollensa with its many shops, restaurants and bars; and
only a 20 minute walk from the long sandy beaches of the resort. |

Changeover day
Saturday changeover is preferred. Flexible arrival days are allowed in the low season.

area; but is also connected with a breakfast bar facing the large open plan living and
dining room.

Large open plan living dining room lwith large plasma TV and hi-fi.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
The villa is cleaned once a week, with a linen change at the same time. Towels and linen
are provided but guests are expected to provide their own beach towels. Additional
cleaning is possible on request.

I'm writing to say what an
excellent four weeks we have spent in Mallorca at your delightful Villa Coloma in Gotmar.
The facilities were breathtakingly complete and obviously a great deal of trouble had been
taken in the choice of furnishings and equipment.
Your manager, Adrian, was extremely attentive and he and his wife were very quick to
respond to the emergency we had with water coming through the ceiling due to a burst pipe.
This was dealt with with an efficiency not usually found in Spain, in my experience, since
my wife and I had an apartment in Fuengirola for some 20 years and the word
"mañana" seemed to come up at regular intervals.

Notes
on prices...
Once a provisional booking has been agreed a booking form is sent by email. This form must
be completed by the designated party leader (hereafter known as 'the Customer'), who must
be at least 18 years of age. The completed form must be returned to us by email or post,
by a date that will be specified at the time of the provisional booking. All future
correspondence will be with the Customer.
30% deposit is
required to secure the booking, balance due 8 weeks before arrival. |
