The Roof terrace is furnished    LOCATION Located above the Aleix ground floor apartment, it is 100 metres away from the Pine Walk beach in Puerto Pollensa. It features a furnished roof terrace with open views of the town.    Suitable for 4 people, it will accommodate up to 7 people.    Newly refurbished and tastefully decorated, this is a spacious and light first floor apartment with 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

  

CAPACITY
It sleeps 4 confortably in the two rooms. There is also a double sofa bed in the dresser and a single sofa bed in the lounge which bring the accommodation up to a maximum of 7 people. The master room has a double bed and a separate walk in dresser room, with a double sofa bed that can accommodate two people if needed. The second bedroom has twin beds.

The kitchen is brand new and features an oven, 4 gas hobs, extractor fan, fridge-freezer and washing machine. It has an eating area for 6 people.	The sitting room is spacious and has an open fireplace. Windows look out onto the street below, and it faces the Sis Pins Hotel.

PRIVATE ACCESS
The apartment is accessed through its own private door and staircase, where there is room to safely store 4-5 bicycles or a pushchair. The lounge area has satellite television and a fireplace.
  

Ca'n Aleix First Floor Feedback: We had a wonderful week at C'an Aleix and were really impressed by the air-con throughout and the standard of the bathrooms, together with the general comfort and cleanliness of the place. We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our holiday in Ca'n Aleix. The flat was fantastic and its location was brilliant.
