lounge is comfortable, elegantly
furnished, and includes a television.. |

enter the house, through the lounge is the dining room. On the left
side is the first double room with an ensuite bathroom; this room has twin beds and a
small open dresser.
Next
to the lounge is a large quadruple room with a double bed and two single beds, and
built-in wardrobes.
There
is a large bathroom with shower next to the kitchen, which is of open-plan design by the
dining room and the terrace. |

The main Aleix House has three bedrooms, accommodating 6
people. There is also an annex building accessed through the main house's garden terrace,
with a guest room and bathroom accommodating two more people. The garden
has Mediterranean trees and a lawn. It has an eating area, and being totally enclosed is
quite suitable for small children.
Ca'n
Aleix is on the Formentor Road, No. 51. It is a reasonably quiet apartment very close to
all amenities and to the Pine Walk beach. |
